4. Data Processing When Visiting the Website

4.1 Server Log Files

When accessing the website, the web server automatically records information transmitted by your browser, in particular:

When a YouTube video is loaded, data (e.g., IP address, device/browser data, usage data, possibly cookies) may be transmitted to Google/YouTube. In this context, data may be transferred to the United States. The processing of technical support requests is carried out by a service provider based in Germany (IMD-NET GmbH, Dortmund) as a processor/sub-processor. If a software defect exists, the request may be forwarded to a programming company based in Germany for troubleshooting. IMD-NET GmbH itself does not provide programming services.

We recommend that you do not transmit unnecessary personal data and anonymize content as far as possible.

Storage period: until the request has been processed; beyond that only insofar as necessary (e.g., evidence purposes, legal obligations).

Recipients may include:

Hosting/infrastructure providers

Stripe (payment processing)

Email service providers (contact/support handling)

IT security service providers (if used)

commissioned service providers in the EU/EEA for technical support/troubleshooting
