The processing of technical support requests is carried out by a service provider based in Germany (IMD-NET GmbH, Dortmund) as a processor/sub-processor. If a software defect exists, the request may be forwarded to a programming company based in Germany for troubleshooting. IMD-NET GmbH itself does not provide programming services.
We recommend that you do not transmit unnecessary personal data and anonymize content as far as possible.
Storage period: until the request has been processed; beyond that only insofar as necessary (e.g., evidence purposes, legal obligations).
